This place is legit! We had carrot cake - outstanding, and cookie pie- pretty good , for dessert. The staff there are wonderful and attentive. Its a great place to grab a pizza or two and enjoy each others company! I've been here twice since it opened and was pleasantly surprised. I must say that the curb appeal is not doing them any justice. The restaurant is so far in the back of the lot and the windows are tinted with the shades down so it doesn't look open. The restaurant has a weird layout to walk in as well making it a little awkward for first timers. All this aside I will be coming back for more. The entrees are amazing. My boyfriend and I have tried the bolognese sauce, meatballs, penne bello, calamari fra diavlo special, the lasagna and the caesar salad. They use fresh ingredients there and the Bolognese's sauce was incredible!! The meatballs were so good except both times I ordered them they were overcooked. They were still delicious so I will try ordering again, hoping next time they wont be as dry. Such a shame because I can taste all the fresh ingredients in them! The owners are very attentive and although our server seemed to be brand new she was working her tail off and still so nice and pleasant to the customers. Will be back again! I think I found my new favorite pizza place. I had their mac and cheese on the first visit which wasnt very good but on our 2nd visit we got pizza and it was amazing! I recall spending more time waiting than eating. Food was good waitress was nice, but kinda lingered after asking if we needed anything. Overall friendly staff, clean restaurant, food was good and fresh. I travel and have been in the restaurant business all my life. Ciao Bello by far is in my top 1. Let's start off with one of the most important things I look for (cleanness). When you look into the kitchen and the pizza man, chefs workspace are clean speaks volume to me. Have you ever been to Italy? If you have or haven't you have to go to Ciao Bello to bring you back or at least experience the southern Italian experience. Lastly there menu pricing are very affordable for the quality that you receive. Great Italian family restaurant that makes you feel your at home. Great food and service! Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very caring and it made our experience great here. I love the fact while you wait for your food they serve you a giant garlic knot with hummus. Everything tasted so good. I will be back again to try something new. Restaurant recently opened, and on a Friday night it was about the only place we could get seated right away. Wait staff were very attentive and gave us extra garlic bread and hummus to start, as we were starving. The pizzas were great, very reasonably priced, and fairly unique. Nice atmosphere for such a small place! Omg amazing every thing is fresh EVERYTHING they even make there own pasta, hummus, sauce i had the eggplant parm and it was to die for the service was also amazing they were all varry helpful and welcoming. I wanted them to put a Happy birthday note on our smores pizza in wipe cream for my boyfriend and they did they even came out of the kitchen to sing happy birthday to him. All in all great service and great food so worth the price and I will definitely be going back. This is real Italian food people. Amazing food! Appetizer, entrees, and desserts - not one bad thing to say. Their sauce is amazing! You must save room for the Nutella dessert pizza! My experience here was GREAT from the start our waiter Mario was very attentive and service was 5 star. I would recommend the roast chicken and the meatballs. Don't make the mistake we did leave room for dessert. Come support this restaurant. Do not be fooled by the exterior. Remember the saying ? It applies here. The outside is generic pizza parlour. The wonderful people who took us there had ordered ahead of time, and we had one terrific appetizer after another. The fried calamari was THE BEST I EVER HAD! They were light, crisp, ad served with a bright marinara sauce on the side. The hummus that accompanied the bread had me practically moaning. The seafood in the zuppa de pesce was so wonderfully fresh. Their enthusiasm and passion for food is apparent immediately. They know food, they love food, and that makes for an great experience for the diner. Our waitress, Nancy is a mind- reader. I was 'kissed' as they say. This place made a HUGE impression! Tell a few of your friends, but not everyone! You wouldn't want to wait in a long line... We were a little skeptical, didn't know if it would be another . Easily the best Italian restaurant in town. And I hate to let the secret out, but this place deserves it. The food is remarkable and the service is off- the- charts amazing. The only reason I'd hesitate to share is because it's not too big (another great feature that lends itself to a cozy dining experience) and this place is gonna go from 0 to 6. Get there now because soon enough it'll be hopping at all hours. Honestly, the staff is so warm and welcoming, they make you feel like family. Everything on the menu is delicious - quality ingredients freshly prepared by folks who know their way around a kitchen, and you MUST save room for their desserts! Why are you even still reading this?! Go now!! Excellent cheese steak sandwich and California Dreaming (vegetarian) oven brick pizza. The only negative was the layout of the restaurant. On a cold night, sitting near the door is not recommended.
